This cozy, remodeled home features a luxurious outdoor spa experience with a private sauna, cold plunge, and a hot tub. Perfectly located for Pacific Northwest Adventures, just minutes away from Deception Pass. Plus, there's a game room for entertainment. Adventure by day and relax by night. The perfect Evergreen escape awaits!

This cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bath home comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests. Enjoy an open living space, a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed WiFi, a game room, and full access to the backyard. The living room features a warm fireplace and abundant natural light that highlights the beautiful views. Our kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need—from appliances and cookware to a variety of spices—alongside a dedicated tea bar and coffee station.
Both bathrooms are supplied with fresh towels and toiletries. For the ultimate 'recovery circuit' in the backyard, you’ll find dedicated gray spa towels on the left side of the laundry room to use with the sauna, cold plunge, and hot tub. When you're ready for fun, the game room offers a pool and ping pong table, a lounge area, and a TV.

Please note: if you are arriving with a boat or trailer, the extra-long driveway has a slight incline at the entrance.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire property besides the shed outside.

Keybox is located on the front entry door. You will be provided a code prior to check-in. There is also a key box for the game room which is located near the side garage door.

Feel free to make yourselves at home and enjoy all the amenities and comforts our place has to offer.

Other things to note
Please read the guidelines/instructions signs of the spa located outside by the designated area.

A foldable table with eight additional foldable chairs is available for flexible dining.

A BBQ is available — please remember to turn it off and clean the grill after use.

You are welcome to use the wood for both the living room fireplace and outdoor firepit. Make sure it’s extinguished before leaving.

Any damages/violations will result in a $300 fine.
