Please note: This resort requires the purchase of parking passes and wrist bands: Our 1-bedroom unit is $35 + tax + credit card fee. The total is $39.49 and includes up to 2 parking passes and up to 6 wristbands. Wristbands are required for all occupants over age 12. Late registration (less than 24 hours) will incur a penalty of an additional $10.

All primary rental guests must be at least 25 years old and must remain onsite for the entire duration of the stay per HOA.

We are provide a "starter set" of toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwasher pods. You will need to provide additional items during your stay.

Helpful Tip About Elevators at Tidewater: Like all high-rise buildings, Tidewater can experience longer elevator wait times during peak hours—especially around check-in (4-5pm) and check-out (4-5pm). This is largely due to the use of luggage and grocery-style carts, which take up significant space and limit the number of passengers per ride. Many guests find it helpful to avoid using the elevators during these busy times when possible. A little planning can make arrival and departure much smoother!


Parking Notes: Parking spaces aren't dedicated. Parking Garage is located across the street from building. There is a code required to access the parking garage (this is your gate code). There is a skybridge on level 2 that will take you across the street to the main building. You will also receive wristbands that will give you access to onsite amenities and a parking pass. Watercraft, trailers, campers, motor homes, buses or other oversized vehicles are not allowed parked on-premises. No vehicle exceeding 7ft 2in height is allowed in the garage. For the safety of all: pickups with extended beds, extended cabs, dual wheels, and equipped with tow bars and extended rear luggage carriers are to park in the north side rear of the garage. Roof luggage carriers must be removed before entering the garage. Rental golf carts, scooters, and bubble cars are not authorized to park in the garage or porte-cochere and are subject to tow at renter’s expense.

Guest access
As a guest of Tidewater Beach Resort, you will have access to a private beach, two large lagoon-style outdoor pools, an indoor heated pool, Roman spas, a steam room, a sauna, and a 4,300 sq. ft. fitness center. On-site amenities include a movie theater, arcade, Tiki Bar, and restaurant.
