THE SPACE

This is not a room in a resort — it's your own private compound. The entire villa is exclusively yours: 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 full kitchens, private pool, yoga deck, and outdoor dining — all set on the edge of a tropical forest.

The villa has two self-contained suites (Lapa + Guacamaya), each with its own kitchen, living area, and two en-suite bedrooms. Perfect for families or groups who want togetherness at the pool and privacy in their own space.

✦ Getting Around: Wheels are essential. We recommend a car, golf cart, or e-bike (~8 min to town and beach). We can help arrange rentals, often at a discounted rate. Uber tip: share our exact address with the driver — GPS sometimes redirects.
✦ Water: Filtered tap water, safe to drink. 10,000L reserve tank.
✦ Connectivity: Dual Starlink (2×150 Mbps plan; speeds may vary).
✦ Security: Exterior-only perimeter cameras + in-villa safe.
✦ Nature: Forest-edge location — howler monkeys, toucans, iguanas are regulars. You'll hear the monkeys in the morning; guests love it. Please don't feed wildlife.
