Joustine and Stephanie were great hosts. My family and I really enjoyed the outdoor space including the pool and sitting areas. Our house was stocked with food when we arrived and all of our reservations and trips were planned. It was a great overall experience. I would definitely stay again and recommend using the concierge services.

Great Place

We really enjoyed our stay and the location to Tamarindo was great. Neighborhood was just ok and Construction was constant around us from 7am each morning. The noise is not the fault of the property but was there. The Concierge Joustine was outstanding and made sure we figured out the excursions we wanted to take. Towels, barthroom amenities, bedding all need updated. Property definitely as advertised and beds are plentiful. The kitchen is very small and lack of a dishwasher is a major issue when traveling with a large group. Also, it would be great if the property would offer a cleaning service throughout the week. We would have gladly paid extra for it.

A Perfect Place to stay

The property was well maintained and clean with a great outdoors area. Everything was as described and pictured. We had golf carts and they worked great for getting to Tamarindo instead of having to rent a vehicle.

What a GREAT Time

We enjoyed our stay and Casa Esplenida! The location is perfect. It is very close to town, could be even walking distance if you don't mind a lengthy, but easy walk. It is also very close to the beach, but we found that beach it is close to is somewhat rocky. we ended up just going to town because the beach there can't be beat! The kitchen is adequate, but we didn't really do any cooking while there other than one night using the BBQ.attend 5 adults ffiver 10 days a dishwasher would have been nice too. The pool is perfect in size, along with all the bedrooms. I would suggest looking into the air conditioner in the upstairs master suite. It did not work as well as the other air conditioners within the house. Given this bedroom is upstairs where the heat of the day goes cool air at the time you're retiring for the evening would be appreciated most. Everyone loved that the house is all gated in with high walls, so it left us feeling a sense of security. It has electric fence on top of the walled fence I assume to keep monkeys out of the yard, but that didn't stop us from seeing plenty them in the trees as well as hearing the Houling Monkeys! All in all we would gladly reserve this home again, Lance
