Hi Alexis, thank you for the detailed feedback, we take it seriously and appreciate you sharing it. The house is over 100 years old, and while it's been updated over the years, a few things you mentioned, A/C and ventilation in that second bathroom, and ventilation in the kitchen, would require more extensive renovation work than a quick fix. Those are things we'll consider as part of a larger renovation down the road, but not planned in the near term. In the meantime, we've flagged the outdoor furniture and grill for a deeper clean before the next guests arrive - that's not the standard we hold ourselves to. We're glad the size, comfort and easy access worked well for you, that's exactly the experience we want at Bay Dreams. One quick note for anyone reading this before booking: there are (and always have been) portable fans in each room for extra airflow. On beach access, the nearest public beach is about a mile away and charges a fee for non-residents (this is noted in the listing); we don't have direct or free access to offer at the house. A private pier isn't something we're planning at this time, but it's helpful feedback for us to have on record.
