Tucked inside a quiet, gated Pocono community, Grace Estates blends modern, clean design with cozy, family-friendly comfort. With over 2,200 square feet, two living rooms, and multiple entertainment spaces, the home is designed for connection, whether you're gathering around the fireplace, enjoying some friendly competition in the game room, or enjoying a slow morning with coffee at the bar.



Whether you're planning a family getaway, couples trip, or weekend escape, this home gives everyone space to relax, recharge, and spend quality time together.



We provide a crib, playpen, and high chair, making the home very convenient for families traveling with young children.

All bedrooms are thoughtfully designed with things like linens, pillows, and bedding all provided to ensure a comfortable and stress-free stay. Each room includes modern touch-activated LED vanity mirrors (large mirrors that illuminate when tapped), adding a high-end, luxury feel throughout the home.



- Bedroom 1: The primary bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a king bed, full-size crib, and a private ensuite bathroom, complete with a luxurious jetted jacuzzi tub, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the Poconos.

- Bedroom 2: Ideal for families or groups, featuring a queen-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle, two twin sleeping pads, and an additional futon, giving everyone a cozy place to rest.

- Bedroom 3: Offers another flexible sleeping setup with a twin-over-twin bunk bed, plus an additional queen-over-full bunk with a twin trundle, making it perfect for kids or larger groups.

During the summer months (Memorial Day–Labor Day), guests can purchase passes ($12/person/day) to access:

Guest Access:

With the exception of 2 locked supply closets, you will have full access to the entire home during their stay, including all indoor living spaces, game room, and outdoor areas.



Access to the home is simple and seamless with a smart lock system. You’ll receive your unique entry code 3 days prior to check-in, allowing for a smooth, contactless arrival.



Grace Estates is located within a gated community, and all guests are required to complete a quick registration form prior to arrival. This ensures easy access through the gate and a hassle-free check-in experience.



The home comfortably accommodates up to 4 vehicles, with parking available in the driveway. Be sure to include all vehicles on your registration form to avoid any issues at the gate.



During the summer season (Memorial Day through Labor Day), guests have the option to purchase community amenity passes for $12 per person, per day. These provide access to pools, a swimming beach, boat rentals, and additional recreational facilities.



We’ll provide all check-in details, instructions, and helpful reminders ahead of your stay so you can focus on relaxing and enjoying your time in the Poconos.

For family-friendly excitement, Kalahari Resort and Great Wolf Lodge are both about 20 minutes away, offering indoor waterparks, dining, and entertainment year-round.



If you're visiting during ski season, you're in a prime location. Camelback Mountain and Shawnee Mountain are both within 30 minutes, making this an ideal home base for winter adventures. In warmer months, don’t miss Bushkill Falls, with stunning waterfalls and hiking trails just a short drive away.

Back at the community, for $12 per person, per day, you can enjoy access to seasonal amenities, including multiple pools, a swimming beach, and recreational areas (passes available in summer months). The neighborhood itself is quiet, family-friendly, and ideal for morning walks, bike rides, or simply enjoying the fresh mountain air.

Pet Fee: $100 per pet (2 pet maximum). Dogs only, please!



We’re so excited to welcome you to our home! To ensure a smooth arrival, the community asks all guests to complete a short rental registration form. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you a link to fill it out online, it’s quick and easy! To avoid a $75 rush fee, please complete the form at least three days before check-in. If the form isn’t submitted 24 hours prior to arrival, the community does require us to cancel the reservation without a refund. We’re here to help if you have any questions, our goal is to make your stay as seamless and enjoyable as possible! Keep in mind that for bookings made within 3 days, the rush fee will need to be paid after booking.



Seasonally available amenities passes are available for $12 per person daily, and you can purchase them directly at any pool location. With these passes, you will have access to community pools (Memorial Day - Labor Day), swimming beaches, mini-golf, and paddle boats (July 1st-Labor Day)



Winter conditions in the Poconos can vary — all-wheel drive is recommended during snowy months
