The highlight of this home is the outdoor area, featuring a private pool with jacuzzi, perfect for enjoying sunny Florida days or unwinding in the evening. There is also a convenient half bathroom by the pool area.



For entertainment, guests can enjoy a fun game room, adding even more to the experience.



What truly makes this home special are the three themed bedrooms, designed to delight guests of all ages: Avengers-themed room for adventure lovers, Mickey Mouse-themed room full of fun and color, Princess-themed room with a magical touch

- Bedroom 4 (2nd Floor): Avengers-themed room with bunk bed (two singles) + additional full bed

- Bedroom 5 (2nd Floor): Princess-themed room with bunk bed (two singles) + additional full bed

(Bedrooms 4 & 5 share a full bathroom)



Additional conveniences include an in-home laundry room (washer & dryer), complimentary WiFi, free parking, and a welcome kit with essential starter supplies (replenishment not included). Pool heating and BBQ grill use are optional paid services.

Other Things to Note:

2 car spaces on the driveway + parking lot in the condominium. It is not allowed to park on the street and your car can be towed.



Pool and jacuzzi heater – USD 35 per day, charged for all the days of your stay. The heater warms the pool and jacuzzi at the same temperature, so to use the jacuzzi heated it is necessary to hire the service. We turn it on before your arrival and turn it off on your check-out day. It can take up to 2 days to fully heat depending on the weather, so please let us know at least 2 days in advance.



BBQ Grill – USD 95 one-time fee, available for use during your whole stay.
