A $25.00 charge per person over 6 guests will be charged up to 8 guests. This is a Non Smoking property.

There is a minimum of a $500.00 fine if property is found to have been smoked in.

For bookings over 28 days a short term rental agreement and security deposit will be required. PETS: We warmly welcome 4 legged CANINE friends. No cats, please. (They don`t like the beach!) There is a Pet Fee of $150 per pet. When you reserve, please be sure to indicate if you will have animals with you. This is REQUIRED. By booking with your dog or dogs you are agreeing that you have reviews our following guidelines and agree to them. Maximum allowed is 2 dogs under 20 lbs. or 1 dog under 40 lbs. If you have a dog larger than this size, feel free to ask us for an exception but we must approve it. There will be a higher fee for a single dog over 40 lbs. Breed and age are needed and they must be on a current flea/tick protocol. NO aggressive or unsocialized dogs. Must be completely house trained or kept in a kennel when left alone. We strongly advise all guests to purchase travel insurance. In the occurrence of a refund, the initial credit card processing fee will be deducted. Only 2 cars for the reservation are allowed.
