Travelled from Massachusetts and stayed in the Durango area 4 nights - property was exactly as described, clean, spacious and welcoming. On site restaurants were very good, gas grill on property was well maintained and the views were amazing. Definitely would stay here again when in the area.

We enjoyed our stay, but the refrigerator was horrible. A lot of food was wasted because it is either froze or shut off. That condo definitely needs a new refrigerator/ freezer!

It was great having a kitchen and the condo was clean and comfortable. The manager was quick to answer the one question we had. We will return!

Durango Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location and property amenities are great, we wouldn’t stay in this unit again. Beds were VERY hard and no matter how we tried we could not get the upstairs cool enough to sleep. Refrigerator froze all our food the first night except the items that were in the freezer section. Good location and decoration but the function and comfort just weren’t there, and we aren’t a super picky crew, we were more comfortable sleeping in our camping gear a few nights prior. Good value for the area, so I guess we got what we paid for.

The carpet wasn't super clean and could use a better vacuum before arrival, and the towels/shower smelled a little dewy (maybe add a better air freshner) It would be nice to have a fan on the loft. pool, gym and saunas were great, I wish they were open a little longer.
