Cottonwood Retreat, a unique luxury and urban Farm experience

I’m originally from France and have always been drawn to creating spaces that feel both beautiful and meaningful. L’Atelier Cottonwood was built over the past few years as a place where nature, creativity, and everyday life come together in a simple, intentional way.

As a host, I truly enjoy welcoming families and travelers who are looking for more than just a place to stay. I love thoughtful details, outdoor living, and creating an environment where both adults and children can slow down, explore, and feel at ease.

This space reflects a mix of my European roots and life here in Texas—combining a sense of design, warmth, and connection to nature. My goal is always for guests to feel comfortable, inspired, and at home during their stay.

I chose this neighborhood because it offers a rare balance that’s hard to find in Dallas—space, nature, and convenience all in one. Being so close to Cottonwood Creek creates a peaceful, almost hidden setting where you can truly slow down, while still being just minutes from everything the city has to offer.

What I love most is how the area feels both established and alive. Mature trees, quiet streets, and nearby green spaces create a sense of calm, yet you’re close to great restaurants, coffee shops, and everyday essentials. It’s a neighborhood where you can spend the morning outdoors, enjoy a relaxed afternoon, and easily head out for dinner in the evening.

It’s especially ideal for families, with room to breathe and a safe, welcoming feel, while still offering the convenience of being centrally located. For me, it represents the best of both worlds—natural, grounded living without giving up access to the energy of Dallas.
