Ground Floor:

Upon entering the compound you will find a private infinity pool fully furnished with outdoor sun loungers, family style dining table, private docking for 2 boats, 62” flat screen tv, BBQ Gas Grill, outdoor kitchen, shower and bathroom.
To the right you will find 3 Luxury Private Casitas with 1 Queen Bed, 1 Ensuite Bathroom, fully equipped kitchenettes, 62” flat screen tv and lounge area in each. Creating a perfect space for couples or guests wanting their own space.

Second Floor:

Here you will find 2 separate luxury units with 2 Bedrooms, 2 Ensuite Bathrooms, large living room, fully equipped kitchen, (3) 62” flat screen tv’s and private balconies with outdoor furniture included in each unit.

Third Floor:
A Luxurious Penthouse unit equipped with 3 Bedrooms, 3 Ensuite Bathrooms, large living room, fully equipped kitchen, (4) 62” flat screen tv’s and a large private balcony with outdoor furniture for the entire group to unwind while watching the gorgeous island sunset.

Guest access:

Entire private compound is available for our guests to use and enjoy! The Pool Club is also available to our guests where you get an exclusive 10% discount on all food and beverage purchases.

Other things to note:

Please keep in mind, there is absolutely NO SMOKING of any sort INSIDE THE ANY OF THE UNITS. If discovered, there will be a $1,000.00 US smoking fee.

Any unauthorized parties and guests are strictly prohibited. If a wild party is discovered, a $2,000.00 US penalty will apply for violating this rule.
