Herzlich willkommen! Mit einem spektakulĂ€ren Blick auf das zweitgrĂ¶ĂŸte Barrier Reef der Welt. Das Las Amapolas liegt inmitten von Kokospalmen und einem weißen Sandstrand. Las Amapolas liegt an einem abgelegenen Strand, der einst eine alte Kokosnussplantage (El Cocal) war, etwa 4 1/2 Meilen nördlich von San Pedro Town in der Mata Grande-Gegend von Ambergris Caye. Es ist eine 30-minĂŒtige Fahrt mit dem Golfwagen nach San Pedro Town. Das Las Amapolas (386 mÂČ) verfĂŒgt ĂŒber einen eigenen Balkon und ein Kingsize-Bett mit Möbeln im Beach-Chic. Es ist eine Verschmelzung von Einfachheit, Natur und Komfort - BAREFOOT LUXUS.

This was a super relaxing stay and just as described. We did not do much while we were here just enjoyed the peace and serenity. We also enjoyed the restaurant just minutes away on the beach.

We had a lovely 2-week stay at Las Amapolas. The room and property was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. It was very peaceful. Gach is a very attentive host - he was very welcoming and informative. Our room had everything we needed for our stay. We loved waking up to beautiful Caribbean sunrises! We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Gach was excellent! We were able to get an earlier flight into San Pedro and he was able to accommodate us by meeting us with our golf cart 3 hours early. Thanks to "ROCKS golf carts" for the reliable cart, directions and lunch suggestions. Also, thanks to Thomas and Jules for an excellent fishing/snorkling trip, which was the highlight of our trip.

Such a great little place to stay! I loved loved how quiet it was! Gach is an amazing host. My flights were delayed and he had no issues accommodating and being helpful! That sunrise and that view is just amazing.

This place is so amazing , remote , quiet , snorkelling off the pier and a private boat tour available from the dock. This unit has a large sized fridge and newly installed daybed on the balcony . If you are planning to cook. Please note that The kitchenette is small and too only have one small sized burner . It was perfect for me as they thoughtfully had enough dishes , cutlery and utensils to use . But it would be hard to have a full size meal as there is limited space but can be doable. There are some extra containers , lots of towels , bed was comfortable and the management company and the owners were so pleasant to deal with. It is honestly such a nice secured and private haven. Please note that is is far from town and you should get some basics to tie you over and a couple restaurants near by

Overall a great stay with a couple issues. Kitchenette could use a better hotplate. There also is no television in the room. WiFi was good, area is quiet but entrance from the street could be improved. Had a great time though!! We will be back!!

Great, quiet spot right on the beach, room was enough size for 2 people, bed was great, AC cooled the room very well at night, beautiful view off the balcony, ocean breezes all day... really no complaints, just had a fantastic time and will be going back for sure.

My husband and I loved our stay!!! It was absolutely beautiful. The family that lives there are so welcoming and warm. We did a fishing excursion with Thomas, that lives on the property and had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend staying here when you visit San Pedro!

the balcony and view were unbeatable. Gach met us the day we checked in at the residence and his team helped coordinate our arrival and a golf cart. If you are looking to relax in an out of the way quiet place, this is it.

Heavenly Stay!

The room was a bit smaller than I imagined, but the location was nice and secluded. However, there is still plenty to do within a very short distance! The view is just amazing and the patio was perfect for hanging out. The host was responsive and the people on the property were very nice. Thank you for a lovely and memorable vacation!

Wonderful time in Belize

This place was a perfect mix being far enough out of town to feel private, secluded, and quiet but being close enough to town to be convenient for groceries, meals out, and going on excursions. The snorkeling just off our beach was as good as any and it was easy to book a fishing trip, dive trips and snorkeling with a couple of companies, and to drive over to Secret Beach. The apartment has a very comfy bed, an excellent shower, and a lovely and comfortable shaded balcony. We would book here again.

Little get away

Los Amapoles was such a beautiful destination. We loved the view and privacy. Gach and Nellie were both excellent communicators. The people that live nearby were friendly. The outdoor shower and amazing trees made the stay feel very magical. It was a true tropical escape.

Great stop over spot

We only stayed here for two nights, and the place was clean, bed comfortable and the view of the beach was wonderful. Having the restaurant Hidden Jewel was so convenient, we just walked down the beach for a few minutes. The bartender and the waiter were great and the food was fabulous. We even had a guy come up the beach the first morning on his bike selling breakfast burritos and they were so good. We called him Burrito Boy. Unfortunately, he did not show up the next day. The dock out front was great. We booked a fishing trip with Thomas and had the time of our life. I caught my biggest fish ever, lots of other fish lost some big groupers and had a wonderful bbq on the beach at lunch time. Wonderful place to stay.

Great property. I loved the bed and the views from the balcony. Hearing the wind and waves every morning was priceless. The only problem was the distance from the downtown area and the pot holes are horrible. As far as the room itself. A GREAT PRICE TO STAY!!! GREAT PEOPLE ALSO! Very helpful.

Nice place and will soon be great

Not so much a condo as a nice room with a great view. We had an AC issue but it was addressed and corrected quickly. The improvements that are planned will help out such as a larger fridge with a bigger freezer and a ceiling fan. Both items were missed and will be appreciated in the future. Great little compound and excellent communication.

I was born and raised in San Pedro and proud to call this island home. As a true sampedrano. I love the food, the sea breeze, the smell of salt in the air, and the friendly faces that make this place special.


Due to my job my first cousin Nellie of Nellie"s Property Management is in charge of Las Amapolas. She is also a native of the island.

The land has been in the family for a very long time. In 2015 my father passed away and we his children (seven men and three women) inherited the land. One of my brothers and I decided to build a casita to spend our free time and share it with tourists that are looking for a quiet little piece of paradise.
