Important House Rules 🌟

1. Check-in/Check-out ⏰:
• Check-in time: 3:00 PM or later.
• Check-out time: By 12:00 PM (noon).

2. Maximum Occupancy:
The apartment accommodates up to 2 guests. No visitors allowed.


3. Pre Check-In Portal & Identification 🔑🆔:
This step is mandatory and must be completed before arrival.
All guests (each person staying in the apartment) must submit valid IDs and the required information through the Guest Pre Check-In Portal. This is necessary to receive your access codes and check-in instructions, ensuring a smooth check-in process upon arrival.

4. Quiet Hours 🤫:
To ensure a peaceful environment, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

5. Smoking 🚭:
No smoking inside the apartment or on the balcony. Please use designated smoking areas outside the building.

6. Pets 🐾:
No pets allowed.

7. Parties and Events 🎉:
No parties or events allowed. Please respect the property and neighbors.

8. Damages and Breakages ⚠️:
Guests are responsible for any damage or breakages during their stay. Please report issues promptly so they can be addressed.

Pool works by reservations upon availability , Guest must reserve it with anticipation and it is a 2 hours reservation top use per day .

Turn off air conditioning when not in use to conserve energy.

12. Security 🔒:

Note on Bedding and Linens 🛏️

If bedding (sheets, towels, pillowcases) is stained with substances such as blood, makeup, or similar products and cannot be properly cleaned, an additional charge will be applied for replacement.

🚗 1. Arrival at the Building
Head to Torre Panorama 310, located in the prestigious El Millón neighborhood.

You can enter through the main pedestrian entrance or the parking area (if applicable).

The building has 24/7 reception for your convenience 🛡️.

🔐 2. Accessing the Apartment – Electronic Keypad
The unit is located on the 12th floor. You may use the elevator for easy access 🚀.

At the door of the Art City View Apartment, you’ll find an electronic keypad.

Enter the private access code previously sent to you via Airbnb or WA. Don’t forget to press # after the code to unlock.

Once accepted, turn the handle to open the door. The keypad may emit a sound or display a green light ✅.

🧳 3. Inside the Apartment
Inside, you’ll find the access token and parking remote (if applicable) placed on the main table or at the entrance.

You’ll also see a printed welcome guide with useful info like Wi-Fi details, air conditioning usage, house rules, and local recommendations 📘📶.
