Our team has over 8 years of experience hosting guests in this market. Due to a recent transition in management, we had to create new listing profiles, which means our previous reviews didn’t transfer—but our systems, service, and standards absolutely did.

The Space:

The tiny house comes fully furnished and thoughtfully equipped. The bathroom features a surprisingly spacious shower for its size, along with a toilet. The kitchen includes all the essentials—cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes, and more! Enjoy a restful night on the comfortable memory foam full-size bed or relax on the modern futon chairs. Beds come with quality linens, and fluffy towels are provided for your convenience.



NOTE: This tiny home is heated with space heaters, not central heating.



This Tiny House is located behind another listing: Goldfinch Mansion (Yellow Victorian). They can be booked together for larger parties or families wishing to have two separate living spaces! Please just contact the host!

Guest Access:

The house has a digital combo lock pad. We will provide you with the code upon check-in.



The Neighborhood:

Very safe and historic neighborhood. Tiny home is located behind our Goldfinch Mansion which can be combined as one booking for larger groups!



Getting Around:

This tiny house is located in the back of 1512 18th street. The main house will be easy to find on any GPS.

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

Tiny house does have a fence around its perimeter if guest is bringing a dog.



We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.



Interaction with Guests:

We want to provide our guests with maximum privacy and flexibility, so we have check-in and check-out automated. We will call and touch base on the phone, and we can always have someone come and help if you need it, but otherwise, we will leave you and your friends and family to spend time together.
