Welcome to The Seasons at Sugarbush—a comfortable and convenient home base for enjoying all that the Mad River Valley has to offer. Located along scenic Route 100 in Warren, Vermont, this studio puts you close to year-round adventures, with the peaceful Mad River flowing just beyond the property.

After a day of adventure, unwind on the property’s 17-acre grounds with a peaceful walk along the river, or cool off in the seasonal outdoor pool during warmer months. Year-round, you’re only about six minutes to Sugarbush Resort, Ole’s Cross Country Center, Warren Falls, Blueberry Lake and the Sugarbush Golf Club and drive a bit further for some more great skiing at Mad River Glen.. keeping the area’s top attractions within easy reach.

Inside, this cozy first-floor studio features a queen bed and a comfortable, easy layout. The simple kitchenette, along with a counter and two bar stools, is perfect for a quick breakfast, simple meals, or takeout. WiFi and a smart TV add convenience for relaxing, low-key evenings in.

The location is the real standout! Winter brings down hill and cross country skiing and snowshoeing, while warmer months offer hiking, fly fishing, biking, swimming holes, Blueberry Lake and Warren Waterfalls all just a short distance away. You’ll also find great local dining, shops, and hidden gems throughout the valley to round out your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
