After a day of exploring, relax on the property’s 17-acre grounds with a quiet walk along the river, or take a refreshing dip in the seasonal outdoor pool during the warmer months. No matter the season, you’re just about six minutes from Sugarbush Resort, Ole’s Cross Country Center, Warren Falls, Blueberry Lake, and the Sugarbush Golf Club—and a slightly longer drive brings you to even more skiing at Mad River Glen—keeping the area’s top destinations within easy reach.

Inside, this second-floor condo offers a cozy and inviting space to unwind. The bedroom features a queen bed, and the living area includes a queen pull-out sofa, making it a great fit for couples, small families, or friends traveling together. A simply stocked kitchenette makes quick breakfasts, light meals, or takeout effortless, while WiFi and a smart TV ensure relaxing evenings in.

The location truly stands out. Winter offers downhill and cross-country skiing along with snowshoeing, while the warmer months are perfect for hiking, fly fishing, biking, and exploring nearby swimming holes—all just a short distance away. You’ll also find a variety of local dining, shops, and hidden gems throughout the valley to complete your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
