The Space:
Impressive ocean views set the tone the moment you arrive at this Sea Ranch home—wide sky, moving water, and that easy coastal calm you came for.
The heart of the house is an open floor plan that flows from a full kitchen—anchored by a Viking gourmet gas range—into the dining area and living room, so cooking, conversation, and downtime stay connected. That layout makes the home especially easy for families and small groups who want to spread out without losing each other.
When it’s time to unwind, slip away to a dedicated TV room, and retire to two bedrooms with gas fireplaces for cozy evenings after beach walks and trail time. Outdoor dining on the patio turns simple meals into sunset dinners with the ocean still in view.

Getting Around:
From San Francisco, the drive is about 2.5 hours via Highway 101 to Highway 1. Fly into Santa Rosa's Charles M. Schulz-Sonoma County Airport (STS), about 90 minutes east, and drive the coast from there. Having a car opens up the entire Mendonoma Coast.
Other Things to Note:
December through April is whale season. You may spot gray whales breaching right from the bluff trail nearby. April through June brings stunning wildflower displays along the bluffs and throughout Gualala Point Regional Park. The warmest months run June to September.
