The Space:

As soon as you step inside this stunning four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom home, you’ll find open living spaces and great natural light flooding the home. Find yourself sinking into the plush and comfortable living room furnishings. The gas fireplace is a nice touch for chilly evenings. Or catch a movie on the 75-inch Smart flat-screen TV after a fun-filled day of beach adventures. If you prefer homecooked meals to dining out, you’ll find a gourmet kitchen with a double convection oven with gas burners. All major appliances are provided, along with major kitchen gadgets, cookware, dinnerware, and utensils, making anything from toasting a morning bagel to preparing a full-course dinner easy. Spend time on the patio each evening roasting marshmallows on the fire pit, or simply enjoy each other’s company and chat about the adventures you’re having.



Casa Baya has four large and well-appointed bedrooms and after so much vacation fun, you and your guests are sure to find these rooms cozy! The primary bedroom located on the second floor has a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, plenty of storage, and an ensuite bathroom. The remaining three bedrooms are located on the first floor. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV, while the third bedroom has a king-size bed. The fourth bedroom is a summer camp adventure for the kids with two sets of twin-size bunk beds and a flat-screen TV. Extra guests can also make use of the queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. You’ll find two additional full bathrooms, along with a half bath conveniently located near the main living areas. No one will be fighting over their turn for a shower! At Casa Baya, you and your guests will find fluffy bath towels and freshly laundered bed linens. There’s also a washer and dryer for you to use while you’re here, so feel free to pack light!



Beyond your doors is the truly spectacular community of Sunflower Beach Resort. Vacationing in a Sunflower Beach Resort home gives you access to an adult swimming pool, a family-friendly swimming pool. If you don’t feel like cooking, heat to Turtle’s Poolside Grill where you can enjoy fresh meals and cold drinks. Rent a bike or golf cart and tour the area. The private beach at Sunflower Beach Resort also offers a beach concierge service with available beach chairs and umbrellas to rent.



Venturing beyond the resort, you’ll find the charming town of Port Aransas, which is golf cart-friendly. Meander the streets and enjoy delicious restaurants, boutique shopping, family-friendly entertainment, and laid-back nightlife. Spend a day on the water by booking a deep-sea fishing charter, paddleboarding, or kayaking. Cast a line off one of the many piers that make Port Aransas famous.
