Verification steps require guests to provide their contact information, a valid ID, and an authorization hold of $800 for the security deposit.

• Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of $800 is required to cover any potential damages.

If no damages are reported, the hold will be released after your departure.

Processing may take up to 14 days depending on your credit card provider.

Please report any damages or issues promptly to the property manager.

The owner/manager reserves the right to terminate the stay in case of rule violations.
