Family Chalet on Silver Lake 1 hour from Montreal

Large cottage with a wonderful view on Lake Argenté. Big patio with gazebo. No close neighbor. Dock perfect for swimming. Huge basement with bar, pool table and 60` TV. Fully equipped with recent appliances. All you need to bring is your food&drinks.

4 rooms, 1 at the first level with complete washroom close perfect if you have guest with walking incapacities. Top floor has 3 very large rooms. Basement has the pool table, bar, air hockey table and PS3. Also has a fireplace and 2 sofas and huge 60 inches TV with sound system.

Full house and full land. You can also take walks in public roads. Very quiet place.

You are 20 minutes from Morin Heights where there is a huge IGA (grocery store) and 25 minutes from St-Sauveur. Mont Tremblant is at about 40 minutes. There are full of activities to do all depends of the season. A guide is available with all the activities closed to the cottage upon your reservation.

You can get to the cottage by Lachute or through St-Sauveur.(Highway 15)

We ask you to leave the cottage as much as possible in the same state of cleanness you got it. For instance please wash lines and towels and replace folded in each room upon your departure (if you leave with anything still drying no worries.)
Il n`est pas possible de faire du bruit excessif après 22h. Vous pouvez continuer de profiter du bord de l`eau et de l`espace feu aménagé de façon plus paisible après 22h.
-Le bois de foyer est inclus mais pour le foyer extérieur, veuillez l`utiliser de façon raisonnable car un montant de 100$ pourrait être retenu de votre dépôt pour les excès.
-Fumer à l`intérieur du chalet est strictement défendu. Ne pas laisser de mégot sur le terrain.
-À votre arrivée, les draps propres se trouveront dans chacune des pièces. À votre départ, veuillez défaire les lits et débuter le lavage des draps pour nous assurer d`être prêt pour le prochain client.
-À votre départ, vous devez vider toutes les poubelles (recyclage et compost) et laver votre vaisselle.
-Si vous planifiez apporter votre bateau, vous devez nous aviser pour que nous puissions vous partager les règlements du lac.
-La pêche est permise mais il est de votre responsabilité de connaître les lois (permis de pêche) et respecter les dates d`ouverture et de fermeture de la saison.
-Aucun remboursement pour les pannes d`électricité. Veuillez nous aviser si la panne perdure. Nous avons une génératrice.

-No major sound outside after 10pm. You still can make a fire in the rock space using the wood close to the small shed.
-Firewood is included. For outside fireplace, please use reasonable quantity or a $100 charge could be taken from the deposit.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cottage. Do not throw butts in the field.
-When you will arrive, the clean bed sheets will be in each respective room. Upon your departure, please remove the bed sheets from the bed and start the laundry to help us being ready for the upcoming guest.
-Before departure, we expect that all garbages will be emptied, all dished washed.
-If you plan to bring your boat, please see with us for the lake rules.
-If you plan to fish you must have your permit and abide by the laws and regulations.
-No reimbursement in the event of a power outage. Please notify us if the outage persists. A generator is available.
