Up to 11 guests allowed in a quite part of Crystal Beach

The coast here is flat and honest. The road thins out, the houses sit on their pilings, and the Gulf does what it has always done, roll in, pull back, and leave you with salt in the air and quiet in your chest. This is Gilchrist, just past Crystal Beach, where you can still hear yourself think.

Inside, the house is made for real living, not posing. Four bedrooms and two baths give everyone space to breathe, and the layout is built for a group that actually wants to enjoy each other.

The space
• Four bedrooms. Two baths. Room to spread out and still come together.

• Sleeps up to 11 comfortably—no crowding, no stepping over one another.

• King bed for those who sleep with purpose
• Queen bed for early risers
• Three bunk beds for kids, cousins, or the friend who doesn’t mind

• A full kitchen. Solid and ready—cook, serve, and stay a while.

• The living room settles in at night. An electric fireplace takes the edge off and keeps you there longer than planned.

• Thoughtful décor. Nothing loud, nothing forced—just right.

• Step outside and slow down. A hot tub waits under open coastal sky.

• The wind softens. Time moves the way it should on vacation.

• After the sun and salt, come inside and stay easy. Games, puzzles, and books.

Guest access
You are free to use the entire home, deck, downstairs patio and the hot tub. The attic is off limits, exceptions will be to check wifi router.

• Only registered guests allowed (no unapproved visitors)
• No parties or events


BEHAVIOR & RESPECT
• No smoking or illegal activity
• Quiet hours at night—please respect neighbors
• Treat the home like your own


PARKING
• DO NOT park under the house
• Park only on the driveway
• Be careful not to hit the pilings


CLEANLINESS & HOME CARE
• Keep the home reasonably clean during your stay
• Do not move furniture (indoors or outdoors)
• Rinse off sand before entering (use outdoor shower/hoses)
• Leave sandy shoes outside on the deck


PLUMBING & SEPTIC (IMPORTANT)
• Only flush toilet paper
• No wipes or hygiene products
• No grease down drains


DAMAGE & ISSUES
• Accidents happen—please let us know ASAP
• Damage due to misuse may result in charges
• If something seems off, message us right away


CHECK-OUT
• Lock all doors upon departure


SAFETY
• Use all amenities at your own risk
• No lifeguards on nearby beaches—swim at your own risk
• We are not responsible for injuries or lost items


WEATHER POLICY
• Evacuation due to storms = refunded or credited nights


COMMUNICATION
• If anything is unclear, reach out—we’re here to help


🔥 HOT TUB RULES (IMPORTANT)

• No glass in or near the hot tub
• Rinse before entering (no sand, oils, lotions, or self-tanner)
• Max temp: 104°F
• Limit use to 15–20 minutes at a time
• Children must be supervised (no infants)
• No jumping, diving, or rough play
• No soap, bubbles, or additives

AFTER USE
• Put the cover back on
• Do not sit or stand on the cover

ADDITIONAL NOTES
• Do not use during storms or lightning
• If water becomes dirty due to misuse, $100 fee will be applied
• Report any issues immediately (heating, errors, water quality)
