The Main Level: Features an open-concept layout with zero-entry access, perfect for everyone in your group. It boasts a fully equipped kitchen, two separate living areas (each with smart TVs and sleeper sofas), two queen bedrooms, and a full bathroom with walk-in shower. There is even a warm-water dog rinse station to clean off your pups after a day in the lake!

The Lower Level Oasis: Accessed via a separate exterior entrance for ultimate privacy, the finished basement features two sleeping areas (one queen bedroom and one two-twin bedroom) alongside a beautifully remodeled full bathroom with walk-in shower. Please note: guests pass through the queen area to access the bathroom.

The Outdoor Paradise: Step out onto the oversized, half-covered deck—the crown jewel of the property. Complete with a large propane grill, a plush sectional couch, and an outdoor dining setup, it is the ultimate spot for al fresco dining against a backdrop of panoramic, deep-water views.

📋 The Fine Print & House Rules
Check-in: After 4:00 PM | Check-out: Before 10:00 AM.

Age Requirement: Primary renter must be at least 25 years old and present for the duration of the stay.

Pets: Up to 3 dogs allowed with a non-refundable $150 pet fee (plus tax/fees).

Quiet Hours: Strictly enforced from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM to respect our peaceful neighborhood. No parties or smoking allowed.
