Living space

Set in the heart of downtown Cabo San Lucas, this one-bedroom apartment is bright and open, with large windows that fill the interior with natural light throughout the day. The AC split-type ductless system keeps the space consistently cool, while room-darkening shades give you full control when it's time to rest. A safe, iron, and mosquito net are all on hand for practical peace of mind.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The apartment sleeps up to 4 guests with 2 beds in the bedroom - a restful space fitted with bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and clothing storage including a closet, wardrobe, and dresser. The bathroom is well stocked with a bathtub, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap, along with an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen is ready for anything from an early espresso to a proper sit-down meal. An induction stove, stainless steel double oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, blender, and Keurig coffee machine cover all the basics, alongside wine glasses, cooking basics, and a full set of dishes and silverware. Pull up a seat at the dining table, or take your morning coffee straight out to the balcony to ease into the day.

 

Work & connectivity

Staying connected is easy with Wi-Fi, an Ethernet connection, and a dedicated workspace in a private room with a door - a quiet setup for focused work sessions or trip planning between adventures. A TV rounds out the entertainment options when you're ready to wind down.

 

Wellness & shared amenities

The building's shared gym is fully equipped with an elliptical, free weights, stationary bike, treadmill, yoga mat, and workout bench - everything you need to keep your routine going. After your session, make your way up to the rooftop outdoor pool to cool off and soak in the views. A shared fully fenced backyard, outdoor furniture, BBQ grill, outdoor dining area, and sun loungers offer additional space to relax, dine, and gather.

 

Outdoor & beach access

Your private balcony is a natural gathering spot - coffee in the morning, city lights in the evening. When you're ready for the water, shared beach access is available nearby, and beach essentials are included: beach towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear. The marina is approximately a 20-25 minute walk away. Families will also find an outdoor playground on the property.

Downtown Cabo San Lucas puts everything within reach - restaurants, cafes, bars, shopping, and local cultural spots are all easily walkable. The neighborhood comes alive after dark with nightlife and entertainment, while the apartment itself offers a quiet, comfortable retreat whenever you need it.

 

Additional features

Getting here and settling in is straightforward: self check-in via keypad, a free parking garage on premises, free street parking, and an elevator make arrival easy. The apartment is single level with no interior stairs. Pets are welcome, and luggage dropoff, long-term stays, and cleaning available during your stay are all on offer. An in-unit washer and dryer, first aid kit, smoke alarm, and carbon monoxide alarm complete the package.



Guest Access:

**ATTENTION: This condo is located on the fifth floor and the pools are on the fifth and seventh floor. Currently, the elevator in the building is NOT in service therefore the only access is through the stairs.**

Maison Alizee is located in downtown Cabo San Lucas so the community surrounding the condo offers a variety of services, you can find restaurants, cafes, bars, museums, shopping malls, social spaces, marina and the beach all at walking distance.

At nightfall, the community is full of life through its main streets, surrounded by nightclubs, bars and canteens with all kinds of themes, as well as the events that the city offers for the community and tourists on its beaches and surroundings.



Getting Around:

To get around this city we recommend walking since the apartment is located a few blocks from the Cabo San Lucas marina, for long distances we recommend using Uber or car rental, if you require car rental we can recommend the best prices
