Cloud Nine at Moontown- Fly In, or Drive In, to A Peaceful Landing Spot

Arrive by plane (or car) and unwind in Brownsboro at this peaceful and charming home located just a few steps from Moontown Airport (3m5-airport.com). Our cozy home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that can accomodate six (6) people with ease. Step inside to a pleasant atmosphere that feels like a true home away from home. A quick 12 minute drive will "land you" in downtown Huntsville or 20 minute drive to the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail in Hampton Cove.

"Fly in" guests have the ability to park their plane at the end of the home's driveway and walk only a few steps to the front door. Portable tie-down kit is available for use at no charge, upon request. "Drive In" guests will have ample parking for a maximum of 4 cars.

OUTDOOR AREA:
The front porch area provides a prime viewing area for plane and helicopter departures/arrivals. You'll also enjoy the serene bubbling landscape rock that creates a relaxing ambiance while enjoying your morning coffee or evening drink.

A small outdoor "Dog Park" is available for your furry friend to have fun while being off their leash. If your dog is not loose in the "Dog Park," he/she will need to remain on a leash. Waste disposal bags will be provided for use.

INDOOR AREAS:
Bedroom 1: King bed with all linens provided, Smart TV
Bedroom 2: Queen bed with all linens provided, Smart TV
Bedroom 3: Two (2) Twin Beds with all linens provided, Smart TV

Bedroom 1 has a private bathroom that includes a walk-in shower, separate tub and toilet.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share access to a bathroom with tub/shower combination and toilet. Double sink vanity area is separate from tub/toilet room.

Living Area includes a Smart TV, desk area, and board games for your enjoyment.
The home includes "step ups" between some living areas and may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations, or those who may have difficulty navigating uneven floor levels.

Kitchen is fully stocked including a dedicated coffee station with regular 12-cup coffee machine and Keurig single serve machine. Cooking utensils, dishes, etc. are stocked and ready for use.

Separate dining area that will seat six (6) people comfortably.

Laundry Room includes a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board.

There are security cameras at the front and rear door entrances.

We have a 6 person maximum and strict no party policy. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy of 6. Violations of this "No Party Policy" will be addressed immediately involving law enforcement.

At Cloud Nine, enjoy the calm of a peaceful, country setting while staying just minutes from local restaurants, shops, and everyday conveniences. Grocery stores and restaurants are all within a quick 10 minute drive. The home is located in an exceptionally quiet neighborhood so noise will never be an issue. Private planes and helicopters fly occasionally during the day but never at night. Peaceful sleep will never be a problem.

Cloud Nine features a gravel driveway/parking area. The home may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations, wheelchairs, walkers, or other accessibility needs due to the uneven surface.

A Rental Contract must be signed electronically before check-in instructions and door access codes will be given.
