As outlined in our listing, the property consists of three separate apartments occupied by different guests. While we cannot control every guest's behavior, our rental agreement includes quiet hours and expectations for respectful conduct, and we take noise complaints seriously when they arise. The apartment is equipped with central air conditioning throughout, as well as a ceiling fan in the queen bedroom. During periods of extreme summer heat, the four-bed room may be warmer than the rest of the apartment. Regarding parking, our listing explains that our street offers free, first-come, first-served street parking, and that availability cannot be guaranteed due to our proximity to the boardwalk.
