Sorry, NO pets or SMOKING are permitted at The House of Grace. Like her adorable four sisters, this condo was updated with today’s furnishings while maintaining yesteryear’s charm. The condo has two bedrooms and one full bath. The fully stocked kitchen has the old fashion sink with new white cabinets and granite countertops. The inviting porch offers a cozy and relaxing space to socialize or rest. The private enclosed outdoor shower is great for washing the sand off from the beach. Did we mention,THIS UNIT PROVIDES SHEETS and TOWELS?
We are walking distance to the convention center, boardwalk and beach. If you enjoy great restaurants, mini golf, and ice cream, our location is perfect for you because you are in the midsts of many them. Most guests park their cars and never move it from our property. There’s so much to do within walking distance. Going to the beach? We’ve got you covered because we provide beach chairs too. We do NOT allow smoking/Vaping ANYWHERE on the property. We prefer families. We do not allow young groups, parties, or loud guests. Come make this vacation home yours without the hassle of bringing your own linens. This is a 3 season home as it does not have heat. It does have plenty of air conditioning for those warm days.
