Welcome to our spaceful 2-bedroom apartment with elegant design! This space is ideal for up to 6 people looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay in the city.



The apartment has 2 bedrooms with individual beds that can be converted into a double bed, as well as 2 full bathrooms. Additionally, there are 2 single sofa beds available for added comfort in the living room area.



The large balcony is perfect for enjoying the views and fresh air of the city. It also has air conditioning to ensure your comfort throughout the year and high-speed internet so you can stay connected and work without problems.



It is located in a privileged location, walking distance to all major zones in Palermo, a safe and quiet area, as well as a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops just around the corner.



Guest Access:

We use a tool called 'HOSPY' to verify guest identity. Guests must upload their ID or passport to receive check-in instructions. They can then choose to pay for Early Check-In or Late Check-Out for each extra hour they need, based on the average nightly rate. Additionally, they must upload a credit card (in the name of the guest who made the reservation; this does not apply to Airbnb reservations) as a guarantee in case of any damages. Check-in instructions are displayed on 'HOSPY' half an hour before the usual check-in time or the time they paid for.

For transportation to and from the Buenos Aires airports, guests can arrange a private transfer through MOT, take a taxi, or rent a car. Private transfers provide a hassle-free option, while taxis are readily available outside the airport. Renting a car is also an option, with several rental agencies located at the airport.
