This apartment is part of a 3 family home with other tenants. You’ll have full and private access to the entire unit. We ask that you be mindful of noise and respectful of neighbors.

PROPERTY DISCLOSURES

Security Cameras
For your safety and security, the property has actively recording cameras in the following exterior locations:

One camera at the front door
One camera at the back door

All devices are outdoors and do not record inside the home. Cameras operate 24/7. There are no indoor cameras. Any attempt to disable, block, or tamper with these devices will result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.

HOUSE RULES
- No shoes inside the property.
- No smoking, vaping or drugs of any kind (inside/outside). $1,000 fine.
- No parties, events, loud gatherings, birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette stays. Quiet hours 9 PM–8 AM. Any Complaint = Cancellation without refund + $1,000 fine.
- Report cleaning issues at check-in. Extra mess at checkout = extra fee of $200.
- Lost/damaged items = 2× replacement cost. TV remote $200.
- No use of dye permitted (hair dye, fabric dye, etc.). A $1,000 fee.
- No mail/packages delivered to the property. Please use a nearby pickup service.
- Do not unplug electronics (TVs, wifi routers, lamps, Roku sticks, etc.).
- No moving or rearranging furniture.
- Please do not loiter outside the building to respect our quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
- Any locked closet doors are locked for privacy purposes. Forcing the door open will result in a loss of your security deposit.
- No pets allowed. $300 per pet/night + double cleaning fee.
- Late checkout: $100/hr unless pre-approved.
- Don’t tamper with cameras/safety devices → eviction + damages.
- Do not tamper with breakers, routers, or security systems — unauthorized disruption may result in 2× repair cost + $100/hr downtime fee and possible eviction.
- No filming, photography, events, or commercial use without written consent (fees apply).

Safety & Energy Conservation
- Ensure all appliances (hair curlers, laptop chargers, etc.) are unplugged before leaving.
- Turn off the stove, & oven when not in use.
- Do not set the heater below 67°F. This may damage the unit.

Guests/Visitors
No extra/overnight guests beyond the stated reservation. Violations may result in cancellation. Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property at any time, including daytime visitors, short-term visitors, and non-overnight guests. Unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized person on the property will result in a fee of $200 per person, per day, and may also result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.

Adult Supervision Required
Children must be supervised at all times. Ensure safety while on the property.

Age Requirement
For this property, the primary guest must be 25 years or older and staying for the duration of the reservation. A valid government-issued ID may be requested at check-in to confirm. Thank you for your understanding!
