Being located in an area maintained by the Associação Amigos de Itapororoca, the beaches are conserved, clean and with security that monitor the beaches aiming at the preservation of nature always with the objective of guaranteeing the Ecological-Economic Zoning of the APA Caraíva Trancoso (Environmental Protection Area), with full preservation of forest remnants.

The house is considered one of the few typically Bahian houses located on one of the most beautiful beaches in the region. The warm colors of its decoration bring joy to the house and contrast with the large green area laden with tall palm trees. The garden is paired with a beautiful swimming pool and invites guests to spend a pleasant and pleasant day in the Gourmet area, which completes the leisure area, with a barbecue, paella and pizza area.
