This Brand New house has been created with the living areas separate from the sleeping bedrooms.

This design has given birth to an amazing amount of space on the bottom floor, with every part connected and which opens out onto an infinite swimming pool above the Buzios peninsula.

Simply stunning with a Mediterranean style the outdoor decking is a fantastic spot to enjoy a beautiful sunset or to wine down your evening. The house comes fully equipped with a traditional Brazilian BBQ area and with a veranda which is large enough to shelter most rain storms.

All suites are situated on the 2nd floor, three having double beds and one of the suites having two single beds.

CHARGES FOR CONSUMPTION OF ELECTRICITY, WATER AND EMPLOYEES SERVICES ARE NOT INCLUDED AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY.
Housekeeper: 150 to 200 BRL per day. In addition to keeping the outdoor area and pool always clean and organized, it assists in the barbecue and in the kitchen, makes purchases in the supermarket, if necessary.
Maid: 150 to 200 BRL per day. Keeps the house always clean and organized and does maid service.
Cook (optional): 200 to 300 BRL per day. Prepare meals.
Kitchen helper (optional): 150 to 200 BRL per day. Assists the cook.
