With ocean views and room for six people, you'll fall in love with the Oregon Coast as soon as you walk through the front door. Luxuriously outfitted with modern decor and a beach-friendly feel, this home is welcoming and fun. The living area boasts comfortable couches centered around a gas fireplace and flatscreen TV, and there are four places to sit at the dining table looking out towards the sea! With sparkling countertops and stainless steel amenities, the open kitchen is the perfect place to chat with friends while you prep an awesome meal. The numerous decks with ocean views, patio furniture, and a gas grill will likely be your favorite hangouts! This home would be fantastic for a few couples' romantic getaway, a family vacation, or a group of friends to rent out together!



What's nearby:

Spend your days enjoying the sunshine without having to hop in the car, as there are many outdoor activity options nearby including surfing, fishing, whale-watching, or hiking along the coast. Yaquina Head Outstanding Natural Area is just a mile and a half away, so you can bike or walk to some spectacular views at sunset. Beverly Beach is about three miles north, and Yaquina Bay and the lighthouse are about five miles south. You can also visit the awe-inspiring Devil's Punchbowl State Park, about five miles from here. Downtown Newport is just about two miles away where you'll find lots of cute beach boutiques, and there are also delicious restaurants, bars, and breweries to explore!

The location was perfect with a beautiful view from the deck and path to the beach. The beds were comfortable with plenty of linens and towels. The kitchen could use some updated cookware but it had everything we needed.

Beautiful Location

This is my second stay at this property. It has a stunning view and quick access to the beach. The property has a few maintenance issues that should be taken care of such as a broken leg on the couch and a drain that will not stay open in one of the showers. Overall it’s a beautiful place to stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Yaquina Lighthouse View Beach Home! The home was very clean and the beds were very comfortable! The master bedroom included a king-size bed and master bath with shower and jacuzzi tub. The view from the main deck and also the 2nd story deck adjacent to the master bedroom was incredible, both with a clear view of the lighthouse. And there was a private pathway alongside the house that led down to the road to the beach, literally only 3 houses from the beach! The kitchen was well stocked, and they even had board games and a few camp chairs available for use. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely house and deck with view of the lighthouse. Could perhaps do with a little more crockery and equipment for example, there was no kettle!

The house worked very well for us and we enjoyed it very much. However, we found the entry code system to be extremely difficult to use. We spent over an hour trying to get in when we first arrived. After that, whenever we left the house we had to try multiple times before being able to get back inside. This was not a pleasant experience, especially after dark. We do not want to rent another house that uses a similar locking system and will ask about that specifically before making future reservations.

NICE SPACE FOR LARGE GROUP

The space is just big enough for everyone to have privacy, but not so big that you get lost. Beach access is very easy and quick. Bedroom pillows are "flat stanleys" so bring your own if you like thicker pillows! A blow dryer is not on the amenity list, but there is one, so don't pack one if you're trying to save space. All in all, a nice stay for our group.

Beautiful home. Cozy tucked away in the trees

The house is cozy. Tucked away in the trees but a beautiful view from the porch of the lighthouse. The blinds had dust on them and the back window was dirty. The mattress are very hard spring mattress. Main bedroom has a thin pad cover. There should be pads on all mattresses. Other than that it's very nice. We loved it. Only 2 tvs. Which is fine.

Yaquina light house

Very pleasant- bbq is rough. Home is very comfortable. Had to fix drain in the bath sink downstairs. Totally plugged - would not drain. Drains now. Microwave turntable doesn’t work. Switch upstairs master bathroom is not good.
