We will look into adding a centralized guide in the home with important information such as codes, appliance instructions, and general house details to make things easier for future guests. Regarding the sticky and noisy doors, we will have WD40 taken to the home to address that. Thank you for pointing it out. We will also look into adding a window shade above the kitchen sink to help with the heat and brightness during direct sunlight. We will discuss replacing the downstairs bedroom pillows with the homeowner to improve comfort. As for the wrought iron bed frame in the master bedroom, those frames can naturally be prone to some noise, but we will still check it to ensure everything is tightened and secure. Hot tub towel designation is a helpful suggestion, and we will review how towels are stocked and labeled. Regarding the coffee filters, those are not supplied by Vacasa and are typically left by previous guests. We appreciate the suggestion and will review whether clearer communication about that would be helpful. Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback.
