The Space:

Take a break from the daily grind and make your way out to beautiful Sunriver in Central Oregon. This cozy, three bedroom vacation rental features a gas fireplace, a well-equipped, full kitchen, a deck with a gas grill and forest view, and a private hot tub. Guests of this home will also enjoy eight complimentary passes for the Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic & Recreation Center (SHARC).



What's nearby:

During the summer months, visitors can challenge the local golf courses, hike on a number of trails, or paddle down the Deschutes River in a canoe, kayak, or raft. Grab your SHARC passes and enjoy access to sports courts as well as both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, all less than a mile away. And when the snow is falling, take a scenic drive up to Mt. Bachelor, the fifth largest ski area in the United States, just 22 miles from your front door.

Great location

Close to SHARC and the Sunriver Village, we love this property. This was our 2nd stay here. The house is fun - kitschy. But has all the amenities you could ask for. We will be back!

We had a cozy accommodation in our rental. It was well-stocked with all those things you need to be on in a vacation home. The location is great to the villages and the Sharc center, which is very useful and helpful with small children. I would recommend this accommodation to those groups of about six.

Perfect south end location-walk to SHARQ, near Fort Rock Park; mall area. Quiet nights, nice circle cul de sac; stars and sunny morning kitchen. Single level with spacious, high-ceilings with exposed beams in comfortable kitchen/dining/living room. Gas fireplace with fam, so warm and adjustable, in addition to great furnace. Nothing fancy, but above average in a classic, woodsy, Sunriver home. Great hot tub, under the stars, enter from deck. Dog-perfect, too!

Cozy cabin wonderfully close to SHARC

For 4 adults and two kids (4 would have been fine too) this was a great, cozy cabin. The furnishings were comfortable (though the queen bed was awfully hard) and the layout was very functional. Didn’t use the hot tub much but it worked nicely when the pools closed for thunderstorms. Plan on renting bikes though. The ones supplied left much to be desired.

Perfect Family Getaway

What an awesome house! We were so lucky to find this house for a last minute getaway! The house itself has a quirky/cool/eclectic mountain vibe. It feels like a cozy mountain cabin. We loved the bonus amenities including bikes, plenty of towels for the hot tub and pool, well stocked kitchen supplies, and SHARC passes. It's in a great location just a brief bike ride away from SHARC and a super short car ride to the Village area. The neighborhood is very quiet, and has a great cul-de-sac type set up that made it fun and safe for the kids to ride their bikes out front. The home feels very private, including the fully enclosed hot tub. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great little resort home!

We stayed here for a baseball tournament over Memorial Day weekend and had a great experience with the lovely home. 2 large beds and plenty of room for kids with 4 bunks. Nice deck with grill for cookouts, TVs in every room, comfortable furniture. Felt like we were at a relative or friend's home, not a rental. Would definitely stay again and would recommend.

excellent home

We loved our stay in this cozy, stocked, and comfy home. The special touches made it easy to be comfortable and relax- dark shades in the bedrooms, stocked kitchen, super soft blankets, games, kids coloring stuff, lots of books, and more. The hosts left notes around encouraging us to use items and how to use them. Really nice touch! Excellent hot tub and outside eating area. Location is amazing- stone throw from the SHARC and quick bike ride to village. To be aware of, the big windows are gorgeous, but do look into neighbors (or vice versa) and hot tub can be viewed from another neighbors home. If you are super private, just be aware! Have 2 cruiser bikes, scooter and bean bag toss. We cannot wait to come back next year!

Wonder for extended families

The house is set up perfect for an extended family, kids have their own space (two sets of bunk beds), grandma can have a room and there is still a room for mom & dad. Our dog loved the big windows, kids loved biking the trails and playing at SHARC (you need to be in line 45 min early to get in during COVID) & adults enjoyed the comfy beds.

* Disclaimer: We received a complimentary stay in exchange for an honest review. Our group of 8 friends stayed here over Labor Day weekend along with my dog. It had ample space for everyone and felt like home. Would definitely stay here again when in the area. Some highlights: - ELock was super convenient when our group split up and went back home at different times - so much more convenient than managing one key - Extra blankets, and tons of towels (perfect for our large group for showering, hot tub, pool, etc) - Kitchen supplies fully stocked (even included things like baking stuff, large bowls for serving, saran wrap, tupperware, & ziploc bags that other properties often overlook) - Close to SHARC (along with passes!) and the Oregon Observatory. Only ~20 min from Bend. - Had items like a cooler and lantern that we could take to picnic with - TVs in every room - Really dig the plaid carpet and wood ceilings :) A few things to note: - There isn't a hood over the stove, so you'll need to open the doors/patio to ventilate when cooking. - Driveway only fits 2 cars

Comfortable cottage with all you need!

This place had what we needed for a large family. It had 8 SHARC passes, hot tub, air conditioning, beds for 8, and allowed pets. It was roomy and comfortable for all of us without a problem. No pet smells or musty smells, was clean with clean bedsheets and very nice and comfortable beds (at least for me). Also, they provided plenty of towels which was really nice and had a washer and dryer if needed. Also the hot water was abundant and on demand, and the Sunriver water tasted very good, and was clean, cool, and refreshing. Kitchen also had microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and oven/stove. This was exactly what we needed if you need a home base of operations for exploring the area around or just relaxing and hanging out. Also was located on a circle street with easy laps for the kids to ride bikes. The only issue I'd see is if you were planning a big cook party like Thanksgiving, then maybe a party of 8 adults would be a little snug with a small kitchen and bunk beds. But for our family's needs, it met our needs perfectly and comfortably! Very happy to have stayed and will likely come back again!

We Enjoyed It

My husband, three kids and mom stayed at 3 Stag and found the space to be great for family gatherings. The open concept living room/dining room/kitchen area ensured nobody missed out on the fun when preparing meals. The bunkroom was a hit with the kids and the two large bedrooms provided more than enough space to get away when needed. The entire house was clean and the kitchen was well appointed. Providing extra beach towels was a nice touch. Two suggestions I’d have is to have extra blankets available for those cold nights and supply a little more laundry detergent. We would’ve been happy to throw a load in the wash before we checked out if we’d had detergent left. Overall, a wonderful stay in this charming Sunriver home.

Great experience!

This was our first trip to Sunriver and have already started planning our return trip. This home was perfect for wife and I plus our 8 month old and 3 year old. Pictures accurately represents the home. It’s dated, but very comfy. Beds are ok. I’d recommend bringing your own pillow. Location is perfect. Right across the street from the Sharc and a short flat ride to the Village. We were here for a heat wave so the a/c was a plus.

Great house close to the SHARC and village. Fit our group perfectly with two spacious bedrooms for adults and a bunk room for the kids. AC got some good use with the hot weather, as did the hot tub turned warm tub.
