Hello Irwin, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We apologize to hear that your stay didn’t meet your expectations. We understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with the hot tub jets, grill, missing items, and cleanliness concerns, especially when you were looking forward to a relaxing getaway. We strive to provide accurate listings and comfortable homes, and we regret that we fell short this time. We reviewed the maintenance report about the blender, and noticed our local team acted promptly by delivering a new blender for your convenience. We hope to have the pleasure of hosting you again soon.
