The Space:

Welcome to your Sunriver getaway — a beautifully updated cabin style home that blends modern comfort with the warmth and charm of a mountain retreat. With four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms and two separate family room areas, everyone has space to relax and spread out.



Your group will love the cabin feel of this home with its exposed timber beams and solid knotty pine millwork and furniture throughout, coupled with all of its modern features. The main living room is cozy and inviting with floor to ceiling windows to let in all of the Central Oregon sunshine, while the upstairs family/game room is a kid favorite with a large TV, foosball, ping pong and plenty of board games — ideal for after bike/ski fun or evening tournaments. The kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs, and there's room for eight people at the dining table for special meals or hearty breakfasts before a day of exploration. There's AC and wireless internet for those who need to keep up with email -- or search for that perfect hike in the nearby national forest!



The home has a spacious deck, nicely furnished for leisurely evenings, a gas grill for afternoon barbecues and a private hot tub. It is situated in a peaceful and central location right near Fort Rock Park, backing up to serene forest area and a paved bike path (instead of a roadway!) providing easy access to Sunriver's miles of bike paths.



The main level includes the kitchen, family room with a gas fireplace, dining area, half bathroom, laundry room and the master suite with a king bed. Upstairs has three additional bedrooms – two queen bedrooms and a bunk room (four twins) – as well as two full bathrooms and the second family/game room.

Tucked away in a wonderful central location less than half a mile from Fort Rock Park and a short walk or bike ride to SHARC, Sunriver's best aquatic center (ten free Recreation Plus Passes are included with your stay), you are close to everything Sunriver has to offer. Of course, the area is also close to skiing and snowboarding at Mt. Bachelor in the winter, with the Deschutes River nearby for kayaking and rafting during the warmer months. The resort has swimming pools, tennis and pickleball courts, parks, horse stables and miles upon miles of paved bike paths.
