Close to world-class skiing at Park City Mountain (8.5 miles), shopping, and adventures that outdoor enthusiasts will love, like hiking, biking, and kayaking, nobody will be bored at this mountainside retreat. At the end of the day, witness panoramic mountain sunsets from the balcony with your favorite drink in hand, or relax your muscles in the brand-new 12-person hot tub on the patio with a firepit overlooking the lake.



Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a warm feeling of welcome throughout the four-bedroom townhome. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, streaming your favorite movies on the large TV using your personal accounts, or curling up by the stone fireplace with a fantastic book. The open floor plan was designed with togetherness in mind so that no conversation would be lost here! Hobby chefs will love preparing grand meals and on-the-go snacks in the sophisticated kitchen, equipped with state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, a floating island breakfast bar, and a formal dining table. If you need to stay connected, a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair is available for remote work.



Find the epitome of comfort in the main bedroom, which boasts a TV for private viewing, a great window view of the mountains, and a luxurious en suite bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower featuring a three-head shower with a steam room option. Kids will love hosting sleepovers in the bunk beds, where they'll make memories that'll last a lifetime.

Nice place

This home was a nice place to stay. Conveniently located just off major highway, quiet neighborhood, friendly. Our group of 11 had plenty of room to sleep, eat and play together. The hot tub was a great relief at the end of a busy day.

Great place to stay

This property was just like it was in the pictures. We enjoyed the swinging chairs, pool table, and hot tub. There were plenty of beds for everyone. The views from the balcony are beautiful and home is located in nice neighborhood. The one small issue we had was taken care of quickly. Would stay here again.

House with all the amenities

This house provides a great place to just stay in and have family fun or go out and explore. The game room downstairs was awesome! The kitchen provided all the cooking supplies to cook up family meals. The location was perfect to get into Park City or explore the Provo River and fish.

Cozy and luxurious space

We all had a really great time enjoying the Park city area in the fall while staying in this beautiful home. It was a very luxurious space- master bathroom even had a steam room functionality on the shower. Perfect size space for our group of 9 adults to hang out, cook dinner in the full size kitchen, and explore nearby Park City. Management was quick to respond when I had questions while staying and check in and check out we’re super straightforward.

Absolutely Beautiful

The home was absolutely gorgeous. Comfortable everything - beds, couches, chairs, and very pleasantly decorated. There was a problem with the hot tub, which they promptly had maintenance out to repair and we were able to enjoy the hot tub a couple of times. Just sitting on the terrance and looking at the water was so dreamy. We loved that there was a place for the kids to play while the adults chatted. It's just a really nice size and very comfortable for large groups. I have been before and will go again!

Positives: Great spaceHouse well stocked (except garbage bags). Hot tub!locationGenerally clean- see below. Lots of bedding, towels, linens. Loved the water filterOverall a great place. Negatives:VACASA- the property management company was a joke. -We had adults coming from the valley in 8 cars. 2 cars in garage, 4 in driveway, street parking was prohibited, and neighborhood lot required permit. I messaged them asking for a parking permit and was told 12 hours later that, “there is parking in the garage and driveway.” What?? Really! Gosh we never thought of that!! So I messaged back saying we realized this but still needed parking permits. No answer to that. -the master bed sheets were stained and filthy. There were extra sheets and we changed them but it was nasty. The mattress pad had a ton of sweat and heaven knows what other stains on it. I didn’t personally check the other beds. But that was horrible- once again a VACASA issue. If I were an owner, I would reevaluate the property management company. -all the spare blankets were not freshly washed. Big hairs on them and stains. -listing says it sleeps 15. No. Only if you count the mattress in the basement closet and the crib mattress in a little tent. Reality 12 adults max. -says hot tub sits 12. Also a lie. It is an 8 seater unless you are real close friends and love rubbing butts and feet together. -listing says it is a 10 minute walk to the lake. Google maps clocks it at 1 hour 8 minutes.

Wonderful mountain side home

We travel to Deer Valley every year and this home is definitely one of our favorites! Its close proximity to the Jordanelle gondola was great for quickly getting to the ski slopes and also made it easy if some people wanted to start or end at different times. The house was very comfortable for our party of 6. The family room setup was great and we enjoyed the fireplace and beautiful views. Our family really enjoyed the basement which included a pool table with ping pong topper as well as a Nintendo switch. We also enjoyed the hot tub after long, fun days on the slopes. A surprise bonus was the steam shower in the master bathroom. It felt like we had our own personal spa! We would definitely recommend this home and will plan to stay here again on a future trip.

Stranded outside, many issues: Vacasa ignored us the entire stay

We had a terrible experience with this house and with Vacasa, the property manager! We were given wrong info to get inside the house and as a result stayed stranded for hours, outside, in our car, in subzero temperatures with our children until 1am because Vacasa would not answer the phone, text messages or emails. When they finally answered around and let us in, we faced multiple issues (systematic electric shocks to each of us every time we touch an appliance or faucet, non-working lights in two bedrooms, broken oven, deficient range hood with smoke alarms that blare every time you try to cook, broken pool table that prevents you from playing, balcony buried in snow, jacuzzi surrounded by several feet of snow, disgustingly dirty garage and other issues...). EVERY SINGLE DAY we emailed, texted and called Vacasa (who only texted us the 2nd day that they were sorry and the 5th day sent an email that would get back to us about all the issues and of course they never never did). They waited until we left after the 7 days of this extremely disappointed stay to send us an email with a ridiculous refund. Vacasa might try deny this but we documented every single issue with pictures and films (except the electrical shocks). If you check my record, you will see our stellar record: home owners love us because we are super clean and respectful! We can’t recommend this house in its current state or Vacasa which ignored us during our stay and did not resolve any issue!
