This home is right around the corner from the Soda Springs Ski Area and just down the road from Boreal Ridge, with Northstar and Squaw Valley about 21 miles away. In the summer, travel just seven miles to Donner Lake and only two miles to the Serene Lakes for swimming, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, fishing, and just plain relaxing. The Pacific Crest Trail is also nearby for superb hiking and mountain biking.
