–The wood stove is not operational.

–Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.

–WiFi can be spotty in the mountains.

–This home is not equipped with air conditioning.

–The patio furniture is seasonal.

–The BBQ is seasonal

–Parking is limited to 2 vehicles in the driveway only.
