Welcome to Ocean Manor, a bright and well-kept studio with beautiful views over the Gorge Waterway! This south-east facing suite offers a comfortable and practical layout, making it a great option for an extended stay.
The studio is thoughtfully furnished with a queen bed, dining space for two, and a private balcony with outdoor seating for two. The kitchen is fully equipped so you have everything needed for day-to-day living.
The suite also features a full bathroom with bathtub and handheld shower, a Smart TV, and excellent storage with three large closets. One assigned parking stall is included, and the building amenities include a billiards room for residents. The suite does not have in-suite laundry. Laundry is conveniently located in a shared laundry room within the building. Bicycle storage may be available, and a bike rack is located near the back entrance.

Set near the beautiful Gorge Waterway, this property enjoys a convenient location in Victoria's Burnside-Gorge neighbourhood, offering a mix of waterfront scenery, green space, and everyday accessibility. Residents can enjoy nearby shoreline walks, cycling routes, and public waterfront areas, with the Galloping Goose Regional Trail and Selkirk waterfront close at hand. The area also offers added charm through nearby heritage landmarks such as Point Ellice House and surrounding park space.
Important Notes:
CHECK-IN: You will receive the important check-in information email and text message with the check-in instructions 7 days before arrival. You will be personally checked in by your host. Check-in is as from 4pm P.S.T. Occasionally we may be able to accommodate an early check-in request but this is not guaranteed.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is no later than 11am P.S.T. Upon check-out and to assist our cleaners, guests are kindly asked to leave the used towels separate for the cleaners attention and to put the dishes in the dishwasher and turn on, to remove all purchased food items from the refrigerator and to dispose of the garbage and recycling from the unit.
GUEST ACCESS: You will have the entire apartment to yourself throughout your stay. You are provided with two keysets for access to the building and suite.
BICYCLE STORAGE: Storage space for bikes is provided.
NON-SMOKING: All our properties are NON-SMOKING. City and Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking of any kind inside, outside, on balconies or even within 7 metres (23 feet) of all buildings. Fines are enforced and will be $250 for each instance.
QUIET HOURS: From 10pm to 8am. Please respect our neighbours.
