Mountain View Royal Park Lodgings great place for single person or couples

Mountain View Royal Park Lodgings offers mountain views in a cozy well-maintained manufactured mobile home park. Nestled in the View Royal area of Victoria BC. Guests will have their own private bedroom and bathroom. For golfers get your hole in one on a golf course near by.
What you need to consider before booking. NO children NO pets. Guests: 2 adults must be 19+ years, you will be sharing the kitchen, dining room, living room and the 2 outdoor decks with me. Entrance steps are not suitable for people with mobility and vision issues.
My place is a noticeably quiet park and not on a busy street. You can hop on a bus with easy access from my place or take one of three taxi services with competitive rates to tourist attractions. You can wander down to a Thrifty grocery store in 11-minutes. Adventure to the ocean in 10-minutes or drive in five-minutes
A one-day complimentary continental breakfast is a little welcome on the first morning.
In your private bedroom you can drift to sleep on a new comfortable queen bed with soft bedding. Your private bathroom is right across the hall from the bedroom. Soak in a spa-like tub with a shower combo then dry off with the fluffy towels provided.
Dining in? Get a drink from a brand-new fridge to sip on while cooking your favorite dish in a fully equipped kitchen. You will have your own cupboard stocked with dishes /utensils along with an assigned space in the fridge for your use. For casual dining eat in the kitchen. For a more formal dining experience eat in the spacious dining area. Table seats six comfortably.
It is winter and you will be warm and toasty due to a new Heating/AC pump recently installed. Chill out with your delightful book near a non wood burning Fireplace.
Connect to a Fast Wi-Fi. To watch TV. No cable, just hook up your phone to the Smart TV to access your subscription apps like Netflix. Or Play X box or card and board games provided.
In spring/summer you can enjoy two outdoor decks. The front deck you can cook on the barbeque and eat on the dining table for four. The back deck has eating/lounging space with a SUNNY MOUNTAIN VIEW and yard space.
I live on the property with one friendly cat. He is mostly an outdoor cat he comes in to eat and sleep. My cat sleeps in the living room but he can sleep in my bedroom if required. I work part time and I also visit family and friends overnight. I will be away from home during these times.
Want the place to yourselves for one afternoon/night or two days max. Or you would like to invite family/friends for dinner limited to six persons in total. I am open to discussing your requests. My mobile home park is family oriented with no loud noise before 9:00 AM or after 11:00 PM.
Smoking is off limits inside the home. Feel comfortable to smoke cigarettes or cannabis in the designated area on the outside front deck for smokers.
