The Space:

This cozy studio is designed to maximize comfort and functionality while keeping you close to the mountain.



The unit features a queen Murphy bed that easily folds down for a comfortable night’s sleep and folds up during the day to create an open living space. A spacious couch provides additional sleeping space for 2. The studio also includes a smart TV, dining area, and kitchen essentials for preparing simple meals or morning coffee before heading out to the slopes.



Located just steps from Chair 3 at Alyeska Resort, the condo offers near ski-in access and quick access to the lifts. After a day on the mountain, relax in the warm and comfortable space or walk to nearby restaurants and bars.



Guests also have access to paid washer and dryer facilities located within the building as well as sauna, pool table, ping pong table in the common area.



This studio is ideal for couples, solo travelers, skiers, snowboarders, hikers, and outdoor enthusiasts looking for a convenient base in Girdwood.



There is also a Sauna, ping pong, and pool table available for guest use which are subject to availability with the condo association.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire private studio condo during their stay. The building provides secure entry, and detailed check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival for a smooth self check-in experience.



Guests may also use the shared laundry facilities located within the building, which operate with paid machines.



The condo’s location near the Alyeska Resort base area allows for easy access to nearby restaurants, ski lifts, and local attractions, many of which are within walking distance.

The condo is located in the Alyeska Resort base area, so many attractions are within walking distance.

Most guests drive to Girdwood from Anchorage (about 40 minutes), but once in town many restaurants, trails, and resort amenities are easily accessible on foot.



We Highly recommend a rental car or vehicle to access Girdwood.
