Enjoy a private entrance, free parking, in-unit washer/dryer, Smart TV, fast WiFi, and cozy Toyo heating — wrapped into an modern alpine chalet.

Guests will have private access to the front unit of a duplex, complete with a separate entrance for privacy. Free on-site parking is available right outside the home. You’ll have full access to the living spaces, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and laundry facilities. The back unit is a separate residence with its own entrance and parking, ensuring your stay remains private and peaceful.

All bookings will have a $300 incidentals, damage hold that will be released 48 hours after the reservation.

We do not refund any of the 3.9% of Credit Card Processing Fees associated with any reservation cancellations.
- Guests must provide Government ID prior to finalIzing reservation.
- We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the promises.
- If you damage the home, you might be charged up to the cost of repairs.
- No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on this property, this includes front porch.
- Do not have any more guests than stated in your reservation, without prior approval. Having a total number of people greater than the max occupancy is ground for immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
- NO loud music and NO Parties (No exceptions) . The property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that you and the whole community can enjoy a restful night's sleep.

- If you open, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
