This home has 5 bedrooms throughout. On the main level, there are two primary bedrooms, with a king bed in each. Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms. One has a king bed, the other with a queen, and the last bedroom with two twin-over-twin bunk beds (total of 4 twin beds).

There are two modern, full bathrooms in this home. On the main level, the bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo. On the top floor, the second bathroom also has a sink, toilet, & shower/tub combo.

The modern kitchen is located right off of the main dining room, and is loaded with all new stainless steel appliances, gorgeous views of the surrounding forest, & a coffee station (including a Keurig & coffee pods).

The dining room is right next to the kitchen, with grand ceilings & enough seating to comfortably fit 10 people. There is additional countertop seating in the kitchen, as well as plenty of seating on the private back deck, which is accessible right through the kitchen.

Our home is situated within a gated community, and it is required for all guests to complete the Guest Registration and Lease Form. It’s a standard procedure aimed at enhancing safety for all residents and guests. Additionally, the HOA strictly enforces a 4-car limit per reservation, and once the reservation has started, cars cannot be switched, so please plan accordingly.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal."
