Please note this is a 2-family home. You will have entire access to 1st unit. There is one fight of stairs to the main door and a flight of stairs to access the unit.

Please read carefully before booking. These rules ensure the safety, comfort, and quality of stay for all guests and neighbors. Upon confirmation of your reservation, you agree to abide by our house rules.

Strictly Prohibited
•No parties here as this is a family-friendly residential street.
• Loud noise or music after 10PM
• No commercial filming inside or outside of the property, no professional/commercial photography, organized events or parties, commercial operations, music recording, or content production without authorization. Please inquire about fee. A $1,000 fine will be imposed for any violation. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation immediately and require guests to vacate the property.
• Any missing or damaged items such as stained towels or linens will incur a charge 2x the current replacement cost. $100 will be applied for each remote control that is lost, missing, or damaged.
•Smoking indoors/in front of property or around property: $1000 fine due to extra cleaning
•Pets: $500 per pet per night due to extra cleaning
•Unapproved overnight guests: $200 per person per night
•Moving or rearranging furniture
•Mail/package deliveries to the property

Guest Policy
•Maximum 10 guests (strictly enforced)
•Booking guest must be present during the stay
•Must be 24 years or older to book
•No pre-check-in or bag storage available
•Check-in time 4pm, Check-out 10am

Security & Safety:
•For the safety and privacy of all guests, we only share the EXACT address of this listing within 48 hours before check-in.
•We have exterior cameras and are facing outside the front door. There are no cameras indoors.
•Sound detectors are on the property. These monitor decibel levels and do not record conversations.

Violation of these policies may result in immediate cancellation and forfeiture of security deposit
