You’re also walkable to the best of St. Augustine Beach, including St. Johns County Pier Park, home to the popular Wednesday morning farmers market, live music, and beachfront events. THE SPACE:
This St. Augustine Beach historic cottage with private pool and walkable beach access is designed for both relaxation and easy coastal living. The kitchen is fully equipped for casual meals or beach snacks. Both bedrooms feature plush, high-quality mattresses that ensure a great night’s sleep after long beach days. Step outside to enjoy the large outdoor patio, where lounge chairs and a propane BBQ set the stage for relaxed afternoons and easy dinners under the Florida sky. The home features a pool house with an additional half bath. Between poolside lounging, beach days just steps away, and evenings spent exploring nearby restaurants and bars, this home offers the perfect mix of tropical relaxation and vibrant local energy—the kind of stay that keeps guests coming back year after year.
OPEN LIVING: The kitchen is adjacent to the living and dining area so everyone can be together whether lounging, dining or cooking! We outfit the kitchen with enough paper products, pods, trash bags and soaps for 2-3 days of your stay. Linens and towels are included.

Guest Bathroom 1: In the hallway between the 2 bedrooms, with a walk in shower.

Half Bathroom: In the detached pool house.
LAUNDRY: We offer a washer and dryer located in the hallway in the studio. We provide starter laundry pods and dryer sheets, iron and ironing board and some cleaning supplies for your convenience.
PARKING: Parking is available in our driveway (3 spots) and we ask that there is no parking in other home's dedicated parking.

Take a tour, enjoy the rich Spanish history, the architecture, the food and craft cocktails and all that our pleasant waterfront town has to offer. BEACHSIDE FUN IN THE SUN: Our beaches are unparalleled! We really know how to enjoy what nature has blessed us with here in our quaint little St. Augustine. This home is situated near drive-on beaches like A Street, and walkable in just steps to the walk on access.
*SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $99. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $1000 of damage. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($149 for $1500, $199 for $2000 and so on and so forth). *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($1000) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements.

The Neighborhood:
The house is walkable to a ton of my favorite places at the beach! This neighborhood is very safe and GREAT for renting bikes from Drifters and seeing all of St. Augustine Beach's beauty!
The Kookaburra coffee shop is walkable, and a local favorite.
Multiple highly rated restaurants of all types are within walking distance, as well as bars, real estate offices, mini golf, and much more!
Just across A1A Beach Blvd is the pier where you can park and go fishing or enjoy the weekly Wednesday farmers market from 9am-12pm.
A 10 minute drive from historic downtown and 5 minute drive to The Amp! concert venue where many well known celebrities and musicians play!
Getting Around:
We recommend renting a car for your stay. If you prefer to travel by bicycle or would just like to rent them for fun, check out Drifters for drop off/pick up bike rentals.
