Welcome to our charming single-level cabin in the heart of North Lake Tahoe’s picturesque Carnelian Bay. This thoughtfully appointed home blends classic Tahoe character with modern comforts — the kind of place where families slow down, reconnect, and make lasting memories.
Nestled between the beach and the mountains, with glimmering filtered lake views from the deck, living room, and kitchen, this is your year-round Tahoe basecamp.

Living & Gathering Spaces

--Living Room
Settle into the living room around the wood-burning stone fireplace — the natural gathering spot of the home. Browse our collection of board games, card games, and puzzles, or pull up a seat at the Infinity Game Table in the corner for solo or multiplayer digital gaming while a movie plays on the TV. This is the room where rainy afternoons feel like a gift.

--Kitchen & Dining
The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, from morning pancakes to après-ski dinners. Start your day with a Nespresso coffee in the charming breakfast nook, gazing out at the lake. The dining table seats six comfortably for family meals together.

--Expansive Deck
Step outside onto the spacious deck to take in the filtered views of Lake Tahoe. Fire up the BBQ for an al fresco dinner under crisp blue skies and fresh mountain air — this is outdoor living at its best.

Bedrooms & Sleeping

--Four bedrooms offer comfortable accommodations for families and groups, each equipped with a large smart TV, luggage rack, dimmable touch lamps with integrated USB-A and USB-C charging ports, and additional storage so you can truly settle in.

*Sleeping note: One bedroom features trundle twin beds, best suited for children or young adults.

The Game Room

--Just down a short path from the front door sits the newly renovated detached game room — a standout feature of this property. Inside you’ll find:

*70-inch smart TV
*Foosball table that converts to pool and ping pong
*Poker table for spirited game nights

This is the space teens and adults alike won’t want to leave.

*Please note: The game room is a separate structure from the main house, accessed via a short outdoor path.

Outdoor Spaces & Pet-Friendly

--The fully fenced backyard provides a safe, enclosed space for your four-legged family members to roam and play. We’re proud to be a pet-friendly property — because the whole family deserves a Tahoe vacation.

--Cruiser bikes may also be available for guest use — please inquire when reserving.

--Carnelian Bay puts you right in the sweet spot of North Lake Tahoe, with beaches, dining, parks, and shopping all within easy reach:

--Prefer not to drive? Two TART transit routes (Mainline and NS89) stop nearby, offering free transportation around all of northern Lake Tahoe — no parking hassles required.

Guest Access

--Guests enjoy full, private access to the entire home, the detached game room, the deck, and the fenced backyard. The only exceptions are a few locked owner’s closets used for personal storage.

--Self check-in with keypad entry for a seamless arrival.

Good to Know Before You Book

We want your stay to be wonderful, so please review these details:

Climate & Comfort
--Like most Tahoe homes, this cabin does not have air conditioning. Open the windows to enjoy the cool mountain breezes — it’s one of the best parts of being here.

--Dust and pollen can accumulate on outdoor furniture. The BBQ and outdoor furniture may be stored and unavailable during the winter season (typically October–May).

Location
--The home is situated on North Lake Blvd, which may experience traffic noise, particularly during peak summer and holiday weekends.

Winter & Weather
--A 4WD/AWD vehicle, tire chains, or snow tires may be required for winter travel. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance.
We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including inclement weather, poor air quality, road closures, or power outages.
Emergency supplies are located in the living room TV console table drawers.

Parking
--4 designated parking spaces are available on-site.
