Laundry is in-unit with detergent on hand, so you can skip the laundromat entirely. 75" Smart TV in the living area, and you're free to sign into your own streaming accounts.

Guest access

This is your space, start to finish. Both bedrooms, the full kitchen, living room, bathroom, and laundry are all yours. Step outside and you've got a fenced backyard with outdoor seating to enjoy as well. Your own private entrance with keypad entry means no waiting on anyone. Just pull up, punch in your code, and you're home. Free street parking is available right out front. One thing to note: there is a locked owner's closet in the unit. That's the only area off limits.

Other details to note

A few things to know before you book:

This home is a two-unit property. Your unit (Unit B) is the lower level with its own private entrance. You'll access it through the front gate and down the path along the right side of the house.

Unit A is the upper level with a completely separate entrance.

You may see the upstairs guests outside from time to time. Inside, the units are fully separated and well insulated.

Please be mindful of noise during quiet hours (10 PM to 6 AM), and we ask the same of our upstairs guests.

One more thing: an exterior security camera faces the front entrance and records audio and video 24/7 for security purposes only. There are absolutely no cameras inside the home.
