☆☆ PARKING ☆☆ Guests have access to an open parking lot at the building. While spots are not assigned, you may park up to 2 vehicles per condo according to building rules. Visitors are welcome to park at the public boat launch lot directly next to the building; however, please note that overnight parking is not permitted at the boat launch.
☆☆ FLOOR & ACCESS ☆☆ This condo is located on the 3rd floor. The building is equipped with both an elevator and stairs for your convenience. If you prefer a unit on the first or second floor, please reach out! We manage other condos within the same building and would be happy to help you find the perfect fit.
☆☆Accidents Happen — We’ve Got You Covered☆☆ We understand that sometimes small accidents happen while traveling. That’s why your booking includes a $250 accidental damage waiver, built directly into your stay.
If something minor gets damaged during your visit, please let us know right away. We’ll take care of it so you can relax and enjoy your trip.
Please note: The waiver applies to accidental damage only and does not cover intentional damage, missing items, rule violations, or excessive mess.

Visitors & Noise: No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 4 people. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Third parties are not welcome, and the place is for guests only. Quiet time after 10 p.m. Please refrain from making noises past 10 p.m. to respect our neighbors. NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED.
Pets: Pets are not permitted at this location due to HOA regulations.
Housekeeping: Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We will be happy to help arrange additional cleaning during your stay for a fee. If you run out of clean linens (sheets/pillow cases) and towels etc., you are welcome to use the laundry facility to replenish them. PLEASE do not wipe any food, oils, or lotions on the linens. Please use the kitchen towels (paper or cloths) for their intended purposes.
We provide black make-up towels and cotton pads for removing make-up. If our other towels are stained or bleached during your stay, we will charge a $15 replacement fee for each towel.
Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager will not assume responsibility for illness or injury that guest(s) may incur while on the property. Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager, is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or property of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are assuming the responsibility of any harm arising from their use of the premises or other people they invite to this property (per owner’s approval).
