This 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom mountain retreat comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests:

PRIMARY SUITE (Upstairs Loft): King bed with luxury linens, TV, en-suite spa bathroom featuring soaking tub and rainfall shower with brass fixtures and zellige tile, private deck with forest views, Nespresso machine to have your morning coffee before ever leaving your bedroom.

HOUSE RULES & POLICIES

We've created StillFrame as a special place for making memories, and we ask our guests to treat it with care:

- Check-in: 4:00 PM
- Check-out: 11:00 AM
- No smoking anywhere on the property (strictly enforced)
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
- Maximum occupancy: 10 guests
- Minimum stay: 2 nights
- Pets: Considered with prior approval and $75/pet fee
- Events: No large parties or events without prior approval. Small intimate gatherings welcome - please discuss with us first
- Hot tub rules: No glass containers, children must be supervised

This property is located on a shared private road with a few local neighbors. We kindly ask all guests to be considerate of our neighbors, observe quiet hours, and keep noise at a reasonable level at all times.

GETTING HERE: A car is required. The property is not accessible by public transportation. From Washington DC or Baltimore, take I-270N or I-70W to Route 15 North. The drive is easy and scenic. Detailed directions will be provided upon booking.

SUPPLIES: We provide all linens, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent. We also stock the kitchen with olive oil, salt, and pepper. You'll want to bring your own groceries and any specialty items. The nearest grocery stores are in Thurmont (15 minutes) and Waynesboro (20 minutes). Smaller markets and Liquor Stores within 5 minutes.
