It is everything an East Coast Beach house should be.

In the highly desired Ocean Sands Community, this home offers privacy and easy access to the beach (a short 5-minute walk down the lakeside path with the turtles greeting you as you walk by). Ocean Sands Community has a good neighbor HOA policy of no loud noises after 11 pm and there is no street parking, so you won’t have to contend with beach congestion. Just fun in the sun and sand! Very close to restaurants, shopping and entertainment as well.

The King Room on the top level has an organic Brentwood mattress atop a Room & Board platform bed made in the USA with an eye toward sustainability and healthy living. Beautifully appointed with rattan end tables, porcelain lamps and a wall mounted Roku smart TV.

The third floor living room with high vaulted ceilings is furnished with a cozy overstuffed armchair and Bassett couch, large TV, and bright windows all around.

The second-floor features three bedrooms with a shared stunning, white bathroom with tub and shower combination: two Queen bedrooms and one bedroom with two twins. All the bedrooms have brand new Roku smart TV’s as do the living rooms on the top and bottom floors.

The bottom level game/living room has a large TV, wicker couch and love seat and easy access to the pool and hot tub. Laundry is on this level as well.

The HVAC system is new and powerful. Kitchen is well equipped for all you might need to cook for your family. Outdoor amenities include private pool, hot tub, and outdoor shower so you don’t have to worry about bringing in sand and dripping water. There are built-in campsite style BBQ and a basketball net in the front cul-de-sac. ENJOY!

We offer a starter pack to get your vacation going. Starter pack includes a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, a few trash bags, and a few dishwashing and laundry pods.

We are pet friendly. We allow up to 2 pets. The pet charge is for 1 pet. We have an additional $50 for the second pet.
